Stan Sthanunathan

Stan Sthanunathan joined Unilever in July 2013 as Executive Vice President of Consumer & Market Insights. As chief provocateur, he headed up the insights function globally based in London. He retired from Unilever on June 1, 2021.
Post retirement he has started an AI/ML enabled company called i-Genie.AI focused on delivering near real time insights and ideas to help business identify Next Big Thing
Prior to joining Unilever, he was Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Insights for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, heading up the function on a global basis.
Some of his external affiliations include Patron and Fellow of The Market Research Society in the UK, past Board Member of The ARF, NY. He was also the Chairman of On-Line Data Quality of ARF. He is a regular keynote speaker in various industry conferences like ESOMAR Congress, MRS, ARF, Ilex, TMRE, IRI to name a few. He also lectured on insights at Cambridge Judge Business School, Sloan Business School, Yale, Wharton, Emory Goizueta Business School, INSEAD, IE School of Business, University of Wisconsin.
Stan has also co-authored a book titled AI for Marketing and Product Innovation as well as an article in HBR back in September 2016 on “Building an Insights Engine”
He was recently awarded Lifetime Achievement award at TMRE 2022 event.

Paul is passionate about creating a revolution in the world of Consumer Insights and Data Driven Marketing, in a world where the pace of change will never be as slow as it is today. With the advances in AI and ML, he believes it is possible to double the impact, in quicker time and at lower cost.
His previous roles include a career in the Insights function at Unilever where he spearheaded the creation & growth of the People Data Centre, which had received numerous external accolades.
He received his grounding and passion for Consumer insights at a traditional Retail Measurement & Consumer Panel business where he had the pleasure of working with many Retailers and Manufacturers across various industries.

Andrew Appel is Founder and CEO of App Capital which he founded in 2021.
App Capital is devoted to the digital transformation of information services and CPG companies and industries through versatile ways such as advice, support, directorship and/or ownership.
He is also a Senior Advisor to CC Capital. Most recently Appel was President & CEO of IRI from 2012-2021.
IRI is one of the original innovators in big data, and provides clients with consumer, shopper and retail market intelligence and analysis focused on CPG, retail and healthcare industries.
From 2017-2021 Andrew was on the Board of Directors and Advisor to Alight.
From 2011-2012 he was SrVP Revenue Ops, Chairman of Physician Advisory Services and a Member of the Health Executive Committee for Accretive Health.
During 2005-2010 Andrew held several positions at Aon Corporation including: CEO of Aon Consulting; EVP of Shared Services / Aon Corp / Global IT / Real Estate / Procurement; CEO of Aon Re Global / Benfield; as well as Chief Operating Office of Aon Corporation.

Keith retired in May 2019 from a long career at Unilever, where he was most recently a member of the Executive Board for 9 years, responsible for Marketing, Sustainability and Communications globally.

Francisco Crespo is a strategic executive and board member with deep global experience in strategy,

is an advisor and/or board director for multiple companies, including Intouch, an Irish startup with an AI
driven platform for in store advertising; Culception an Israeli AgTech startup and AnyRoad an experiential
marketing startup. He previously served on the boards of public companies like Coca-Cola European
Partners Embotelladora Andina and Zurich Insurance Mexico. His operational and board experience allows
him to understand how to engage management in a productive conversation to ensure robust strategic
planning, distinct capability building and solid governance.
In his years at Coca-Cola, Francisco has had a wide impact across the company and its bottling system,
managing large Latin American P&L's and creating a global growth agenda that improved profitability in
every region of the world. With his deep operational experience Francisco fully understands the complexity
leadership teams are dealing with and ask the questions to establish plan feasibility and how to improve
chances of success.
As Chief Growth Officer 2017 2019 Francisco was the architect of Coca-Cola’s “Discipline of Growth,” an
action oriented framework that doubled the company’s growth rate and tripled Coca-Cola Trademark’s
growth rate over three years moving from bottom tier to top tier growth among peer companies. Francisco’s
marketing expertise supported brand building processes among teams across the globe by consistently
representing customer's point of view on every action plan discussion.
Francisco stewarded the innovation capability that led to the global launch and expansion of high potential
products, including Coke Energy and Coke Coffee, in addition to the acquisition and assimilation of Costa
Coffee, a British coffee shop chain. He profoundly understands merits and pitfalls attached to organic and
inorganic growth strategies and the governance role that corporate plays to empower local leadership.
Francisco holds and Industrial Engineering Degree from the Universidad de Los Andes and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
